- Standard Shipping (Canada): $10 CAD flat rate for all orders under $100 CAD. Free shipping on orders over $100 CAD.
- Express Shipping (Canada): $20 CAD for faster delivery, typically within 1-3 business days.
- International Shipping: Rates vary by country and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping (Canada): Typically takes 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Express Shipping (Canada): Usually delivered within 1-3 business days.
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on destination, typically between 7-14 business days.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Order Tracking:
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Simply enter the number on our website’s tracking page or on the courier’s website to see the status of your delivery.
Pickup Information
For customers located near our headquarters, we offer a convenient pickup option:
In-Store Pickup (Edmonton, AB):
- Location: McDavidSportswear, 123 Sports Lane, Edmonton, AB, Canada
- Cost: Free
- Availability: Orders are typically ready for pickup within 1 business day. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.
- Pickup Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
When picking up your order, please bring a copy of your order confirmation email and a valid ID. If someone else is picking up the order on your behalf, please ensure they have a copy of the confirmation email and their own ID.
How to Select Pickup:
During checkout, simply choose the "In-Store Pickup" option under the shipping methods. We’ll notify you via email once your order is ready for pickup.
